Department: Construction

Project scope: Repair of residential properties throughout Karratha.

Key management points: Complete management of QA/QC of services required to perform the project scope including planning, HSE, supervision and trades below.

Bricklaying:

  • Dismantle damaged stone fence post to the far right of the fence line and reinstate. Salvaging and reusing the existing limestone blocks, re-securing onto the existing tie down rods.

Fencing:

  • Remove & replace damaged fence panels as required by client.

Insulation:

  • Remove and replace damaged insulation as required by client.

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC technicians and communications:

  • Disconnect and reconnect all required services to the standard of Australian codes and standards. 

  • Extra power supply and power outlets to all buildings as required by client.

  • Water and drainage supply and water outlets to all areas required by client.

  • Communication/data supply and outlets to all buildings as required by client.

  • Reverse cycle air conditioning outlets to all buildings and containers as required by client.

Carpentry:

  • Disconnect and reconnect flashing and structural tie in and fixing for transport.

  • Carpentry fit-outs of kitchens, ablution facilities, decontamination buildings, laundry.

  • Bench tops, skirting board, floor resurfacing including reinforcement of floor bearers and wall struts 

Concrete:

  • Concrete remediation as required by client.

Boilermaker welders:

  • Including fabrication of all stairs and interconnecting landing platforms.

  • Fabrication and certification of load bearing structures.

Blast and painting:

  • Blast and paint all steel platforms and landings to site specific coating system.

  • HP cleaning of exterior of all building and containers required by client.

  • Paint exterior of all buildings and containers required by client.

Cleaning:

  • Commercial cleaning and handover to client satisfaction as required.
