Project scope: Supply Mechanical fitting Services repairing Offshore loading attachment and fitting rotator to refurbished TA2 grab.
Trades, services and HSE:

Set up barricading safety zone and signage around work area.

Inspect all components and assess for repairs.

Tap out damaged threads on housing.
-
Heli coil thread repairs.
-
Provision of service truck, fitting tools and 3T hyab.
-
Buff and clean mating surfaces on grab and rotator.
-
Refurbish and greased pins and bores.
-
Crane lift rotator and install in correct orientation.
-
Lubricate bolts and fit rotator.
-
Torque all bolts as per specified torque and sequence.
-
Mark all bolts during torque sequence required within client and internal QA/QC.
-
Connect drive motors.
-
Connect all hydraulic hoses and components.
-
Visual test for leaks.
