Project scope:

Complete management of QA/QC of services required to perform the project scope including planning, HSE, supervision and trades below:

 

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and communications:

  • Disconnect and reconnect all required services to the Australian codes and standards.

  • Extra power supply and power outlets to all buildings as required by the client.

  • Water and drainage supply and water outlets to all areas required by the client.

  • Communication/data supply and outlets to all buildings as required by the client.

  • Reverse cycle air conditioning outlets to all buildings as required by the client.

 

Carpentry:

  • Disconnect and reconnect flashing and structural tie in and fixing for transport.

  • Fit out of kitchen, ablution facilities, decontamination buildings and laundry.

  • Bench tops, skirting board, floor resurfacing including reinforcement of floor bearers and wall struts.

 

Crane, rigging and transport:

  • Safe transportation of all equipment from one location to the new location including tie down and reinforcement of internal equipment including fridges tables and associated furniture.

  • Safe direction using radio communications for all logistics involving operators of cranes rigging, trucks and traffic control.
